These groups may not use the school name or mascot in connection with any fundraising activities, raise funds at school or be portrayed in school-sponsored publications. Warren Township High School District 121 Application for Fee Waiver This application for a school fee waiver is completely independent from the District process for determining eligibility for free meals. These groups must be student initiated, student sponsored and student led. Drama offers an array of opportunities for students interested in performance, design and leadership. Our programs have earned local, state and national recognition. These groups may meet only during non-instructional time (before school, during lunch time or after school). The WTHS Drama & Fine Arts Programs provide excellent opportunities for students. No district resources shall be used to support these groups beyond the incidental cost of providing a space for student-initiated meetings. These groups will not be provided any funding by the district beyond the incidental cost of providing a classroom for meeting space. Meeting attendance is to be taken in accordance with established procedures (5 Star) for meeting attendance of all other student organizations. Announcements will not be read if there is not an approved facility request.
